Nadine Jansen With Buggy






The classic brownie, in this case without nuts, pure chocolate. It has a great texture. And as I did on February 14, instead of cutting it into squares as usual, it was with a heart-shaped cookie cutters. The result spectacularly good and very simple to prepare. Ingredients


  • 225 gr.
  • chocolate 85 gr.
  • butter 3 eggs 100 gr

  • sugar 1 pinch salt 60 g

  • flour 1 tablespoon sugar or 1 teaspoon vanilla extract vanilla Preparation



  1. We put in a bowl chopped chocolate and butter. We put in a container in the microwave on high until chocolate is almost undone. Once out of stir well until everything is well blended.
  2. Mix in another bowl the flour, sugar, salt and vanillin. Once everything is mixed add the eggs and beat until well get everything built.
  3. Finally, we add to this mix the chocolate and butter and stir until everything is homogeneous. We
  4. content in a mold greased and floured pan, preferably square or rectangular. Bake at 180 ยบ for 20 minutes or until you try get out the stick clean. It is very important not to overdo the cooking time, since one of the keys of a brownie is that it is juicy.
  5. Once out of the cold oven and cut into rectangles. In this case, I've cut with a heart-shaped cookie cutters.
Note: as variants can add nuts: walnuts, macadamia nuts, etc..
