This recipe is taken from the blog I http://elcalderodelapaca.blogspot.com/ . From here I want to thank that have been published because it is an awesome recipe. I love that recipe is very simple, common ingredients, the kind that you always have in the kitchen and it is written "to the old" when things are measured in cups and spoons.
- Ingredients 1 cup (250 gr.)
- milk 1 cup (250 gr.) Flour 1 cup
- (250 gr.) Sugar 3 eggs
- 6-8 apples a packet of yeast (type royal)
- cinnamon peach jam to paint
- Preparation Mix in a bowl the flour, sugar and yeast.
- reserve in another bowl Beat eggs with milk. Peel and laminate
- apples and reserve in another bowl.
- In a greased and floured put a layer of the mixture of flour-sugar-yeast. Then a layer of the egg-milk mixture. Finally a layer of apples and sprinkle with a little sugar and cinnamon. We start again with another layer of flour-sugar-yeast and we end up in layers until the ingredients. The last layer should be apples. When we have the last layer the trick is to push down to raise the liquid layer and soak the flour.
- Bake at 180 º 30-50 minutes, depending on the thickness of the cake.
- Once out and while still hot paint the surface with peach jam.
I recommend it for overnight. The flavors seat and is even more good if it fits.
