Changes in the rules

23/11/2010 durante los partidos. Las enmiendas se refieren a la ley que gobierna los tackles, referidos a los peligrosos y el hand-off estarán en vigencia partir del 1 de diciembre de 2010. Por otra parte y ante el abuso de tiempo intermedio, a partir del 1 de Enero próximo, el máximo será de 15 minutos. Infracciones dentro de l in goal.

The IRB Council approved an amendment to the law 5 to enable a party organizer, a half-time interval up to a maximum of 15 minutes. The amendment to the law 5.2 now should read: After half-time teams change ends, there is an interval of not more than 15 minutes. Interval length is determined by the organizer of the party. During the interval the teams, the referee and assistant referees can leave the premises in which they play. The revised law will run from January 1, 2011.
